Creating an event on Ticket River is easy and usually takes less than 10 minutes. Log on to Ticket River and follow our three-step Event Wizard. You can rest assured knowing you will be able to sell tickets online without any hassle. To learn more information about what Ticket River does refer to our Informational PDF.
Follow along and Create a new event as this post takes you through building your first event page. Remember most new event hosts can complete the set up process in 10 minutes or less. For a quick summary of the exact information you will need during set up, refer to the Information Checklist.
When you sign up with Ticket River for the first time, you will begin at Step 1 of the setup process. After you create your first event you will be able to create new events by logging in and selecting “Create Event” from the top navigation menu. Step 1 will ask you to provide all the details about your event:
Once you finish filling in this information you can click the large blue Step 2 button at the bottom of the page and proceed.
The second step in the setup process will ask you to create a plan for your online ticket sales. The information you will be asked to enter is:
- Ticketing Plan
- Fulfillment Options (Will Call or Print At Home Tickets)
- Fee Distribution Preferences
- Credit Card Processing Account
After finishing Step 2 you can click the large blue Step 3 button and proceed to the last step.
The final step is where you get to choose the design of your new event page. Have fun and choose the images that best represent your event!
Click the large blue finish button and you are ready to start your first event!
